Bravo! Naturally Handcrafted Beers
Our Bravo! Handcrafted beer is made in-house by our award winning chefs. We are one of the only restaurants in Kalamazoo to brew their own beer. We brew beer in small batches using natural ingredients. We never use additives or extracts. Our slow fermentation and use of all grains create the natural malt flavors of high-quality beers. Our beers have refreshing and crisp flavors which our Chef's enjoy pairing with our menu offerings.

Chefs Ale-Amber Ale
The recipe created by the same Chefs creating Bravo! award winning cuisine. A crisp and uniquely bright flavor with a hoppy finish. The caramel notes make it a perfect match with the restaurant's wood fired pizzas, calamari and lighter foods.
Malts: Two Row, Borlander Munich, Caramel & Chocolate
Hops: Liberty, Cluster and Hollertu.
IBU 21 / ABV 6.3% / 4.50
A-dam Good Beer - Pale Ale
A well Balanced and crisp American Pale Ale with nutty buscuit flavor.
A perfect blend of flavors for our spicier foods.
Malts: Crystal, Carapils and Pale
Hops: Northern Brewer and Centennial
IBU 33 / ABV 5.5% / 4.50
Exit 78 - American Red Ale
A well balanced Ale with a beautiful light ruby hue from German red malts. Light and easy to drink with virtually all foods.
Malts: Caramunich, Carared, Pale
Hops: Hallertauer, Hersbrucker
IBU 23 / ABV 6.5% /4.50
Creme de la Creme - Milk Stout
Tantalizing malty and light chocolate flavors with a creamy head. Matches perfectly with our new beer battered whitefish, our grilled lamb chops or chocolate dessert.
Malts: Pale, Caramel Chocolate and Roasted Malt.
Hops: East Kent Goldings and Fuggles

Adams Ale - I.P.A.
Brewer Adam Stacey's hoppy India Pale Ale that make you happy. A perfect blend of flavors for our planked salmon or any of our spicier foods.
Malts: Pale and Caramel malt.
